I bought one that was very similar out on Long Island back in the early 80s. Best guess would be one of the big manufactures from the early part of the 20th century like Regal, Harmony, Lyon and Healy, or Oscar Schmidt.

Tailpiece tells me "Supertone" (one of the Sears Catalog mando makers).
Pickguard design seems closest to "Harmony" -- but the screws are not placed like a Harmony.
Also, the depth (thickness) of the body is similar to Harmony.
Bridge style does not point to any particular model/maker.
The "aging" of the top looks to be at least 1950's (probably earlier).
The end of the fretboard (cut straight across) pretty much eliminates it from any of the above.
A photo of the back of the headstock (the tuners) might tell something.
Do you see any hint of where a decal may have been on the front or back of the headstock/peghead?
Any writing inside the body? Under the top? On the headblock? (use a mirror)
In the 1930's - 50's there were a lot of 'knock-off' mandolins and guitars being sold to Montgomery Ward and Sears for their catalogs.

Have never seen one that looks exactly like that, but agree with those that say it's probably from a Sears or Harmony and probably from the 50s.
