Homespun (used to be Homespun Tapes, then Homespun Videos, now apparently Homespun Streaming Video) has a 2 volume set about Bill Monroe mandolin. The first has Sam Bush interviewing Bill Monroe, while the second has Sam Bush teaching how to play a bunch of Monroe tunes. Mule Skinner Blues is one of them. Great resource for the bluegrass crowd.
