Does anybody know what they mean? I have a lefty 515 which doesn't look any different from the 315 or 815 models. Is there a difference, and if so, what?

I have played Eastman mandolins over the years, but was never never made the purchase. The most memorable of those was a 515 at a shop in Tucson, AZ.
Looks like 315 --> 515 --> 815 gives you progressively better appointments (better woods, better tailpiece, better tuners). I'll leave the details to others who know more.
