Morning everyone. The LM-590 that I ordered 3 months ago is finally in my hands. Why it took 3 months is a long story you don't need to know. But it finally showed up. Setup by the Homestead Pickin' Parlor (in Richfield MN.) yesterday (11/20), they called & I was there at 7pm, Sitting down I first noticed my left-hand fits perfectly. Tuned it up and found the tuning machines were easy, then what song to play first. The first one that I played was Liza Jane and after 10 minutes I fell in love. Stayed there for a good hour, and couldn't have been happier. At 8:00pm I told them, I'm going to need a new hard case as well because this mando is now MINE. Came home, and played for another couple of hours. I will be jamming today during my lunch hour. Even though it's only been played for about 3 hours, it is a beautiful & sounds great. Can't wait to discover it's full voice after it's been played for a couple of more months.
