I've seen these topics before. I have mild to moderate arthritis. Sometime really bad along with gout. To my point and question. I was to play tonight in which got canceled due to another player. My hands were a little stuff this morning so I spent the day constantly stretching my hands and fingers. They seem a little better. Even though we didnt play I'm gonna practice some here in a few minutes. My question to others is 1)do you have a cure? 2) do any of you have a routine that helps? Or do we just play thru the pain? Thanks
