Just got new Loar 500 today & testing out. Recording the sound in case anyone wanted to hear a LM500 Reorded with AUDACITY, Octava Mk319 Condenser MIC using a small mix board then run into the PC. Also a cheap guitar pick. I have not had a mandolin for about 8 years now I sold mine and went to fiddle but decided to get back into mando again. I play fiddle/guitar and sing as well. I miss the Mando and this was $599 with hard shell case from WWW.MANDOLINSTORE.COM I think its a good deal
