Mandolin, Fiddle and Improvisation lessons from Pete Martin. Seattle and Issaquah, WA locations plus Skype lessons to anywhere. Patient, professional teacher with over 30 years teaching experience. Many styles taught, all levels from beginning to advanced. Also taught are 6 string and tenor guitar accompaniment to Texas style fiddling, Bluegrass, Swing and Bebop.
Pete is a patient teacher and caters the lessons to the students’ individual goals. He stresses making the lessons FUN, yet still working on individual improvement.
Pete is a past Adult National Fiddle Champion, placed in the top 5 at the Walnut Valley National Mandolin Contest and is a regular instructional columnist for Mandolin Magazine. He has authored 12 books on fiddle and mandolin playing.
