I have played guitar since getting my first one at age 12. Have studied classical and jazz somewhat seriously. Played around on mandolin less seriously after aquiring a Missouri Mandolin Co. A-style instrument some years ago, and finally got into bluegrass after joining up with some serious pickers. I love listening to and playing with people who know their way around their instrument, whichever it happens to be.
