I have lived in the Adirondack Mountains all of my life (so far, anyway, now Tennessee) and so did my father, his father and his father. Earlier generations came north from Comstock, NY and over from Vermont prior to that. Adirondack towns I've lived in are: Upper Jay, Jay, Keene, Keene Valley, Wilmington, Black Brook, Saranac Lake, Hadley, and Lake Luzerne. I've also lived outside of the Adirondack Park in Fort Edwards, Glens Falls and Ithaca. I've made my home in the Adirondack Mountains since birth in 1950, living mostly in and around the communities of Upper Jay, Jay, Keene and Keene Valley.
I am a composer member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) having been voted in by it's membership and hold 38 copyrights registered with the United States Library of Congress.
Playing the mandolin is an activity that brings me peace and serenity. I am quite enthusiastic about learning more and more as I am drawn in by the tones and overtones; nectar of the gods.
